In the frame of the growth of our business, we are looking for an:

ERP Product Owner

Main responsibilities

  • Guiding the ERP product's development and operation, within the SAFe framework or similar methodology, by overseeing ERP systems and related components under an agile and consistent release management, globally for Geneva headquarters all functions and international subsidiaries
  • Owner of the ERP platforms which is a combination of technologies including add-on for logistic and commercial, data exchange and integration capabilities, data aggregation and data hubs to prepare the data for consumption (data marts), ETL, EDI, Magic XPI, MS365 integration, automation, and user experience overall, in respect of privacy, security and compliance, with an optimized architecture (cost and performance effective)
  • Defining, collecting, and prioritizing user stories converted into features for the ERP product backlog, with an incremental planning approach, ensuring alignment under an active and effective governance
  • Recommending configuration choices, creating technical concepts, and ensuring product and platform consistency
  • Shaping the development of the department in cooperation with specialists
  • Establishing and actively managing a Centre of Excellence (COE) with industrialized service to oversee support, day-to-day operations, tests, and backlog of evolution, promoting continuous knowledge capitalization
  • Establishing and actively managing a Community of Practice (COP) with physical and digital ceremonies to elevate best practices, promote global standards, manage the adoption, and provide training and support
  • Establishing a ROI (Return on Investment) methodology, ensuring value delivery from investment in new features, and being accountable for tangible business outcomes before proceeding to the next investment cycle (Quarterly review)
  • Managing continuous improvement for the ERP platform and integrations, value driven
  • Translating company projects needs into ERP backlog scope and managing dependencies
  • SAP B1 and vendor management, including change management and user administration
  • Keeping system documentation up to date, being the system owner in respect of medical device regulations
  • Assisting in strategic platform and integration decisions under the direction of the Enterprise Services Manager

Your profile

  • A Master of Science (MS) degree in Engineering, EPF, HES, or a University IT degree
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar Enterprise IT administration role
  • Experience in Agile, SAFe methodology, or Scrum
  • Strong knowledge of SAP Business One or other ERPs (e.g., JD Edwards, Dynamics NAV)
  • Experience as a Product Owner with analytical and structured work approaches
  • Relevant experience in managing third-party providers
  • Good knowledge of ERP-based business processes
  • CVS knowledge would be an asset
  • Experience in pharmaceutical or medical device industries would be an asset
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain and Finance processes would be an asset
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Dynamic and positive attitude, with the ability to thrive in a resource-constrained environment
  • Effective problem-solving skills, especially in complex scenarios
  • Fluent in both French and English
