Senior FP&A Operations Business Partner (industrial experience mandatory)

The headquarter is located in Nyon close to the Leman lake. EMS continues its expansion and we are looking for a highly motivated, ambitious, passionate about innovation candidate.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

· Responsible of the financial analysis of the COGS / manufacturing variances, including the related key components of the Balance Sheet. Design analytical tools, report and monitor operations performance

· Participation in international logistic, production network and after sales projects

· Develop and prepare in conjunction with finance and operations teams annual budgets and regular forecasts, coordinate manufacturing, logistic and maintenance plan and report results

· Prepare and support preparation of operations related business cases, and submit them to the leadership

· Track and report the cost savings on monthly basis+ monthly operations finance report

· Support in submitting the CAPEX report and business case

· Track the productivity KPIs with key operations stakeholders

· Support the development plans of our after sales department.

· In close collaboration with the accounting team actively participate to the monthly closing

· Be the Finance partner of the Operations, by providing in-depth analysis of COGS structure, spendings and follow-up of savings projects.

· Actively participate in the development of the financial team and the implementation of our new ERP

PROFILE

· 5-8 years in Finance in an industrial and international environment with ideally an experience in medical devices

· Fluent in English and French

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to work with cross functional teams

· Excellent analytical, supportive approach and can-do attitude

· Advanced systems skills required, Microsoft Dynamics experience a big plus

· Team player with high positive energy
