The mains activities identified are the following:
1. Establish and maintain a close relationship with Business by acting as an Account Manager for the function,
2. Facilitate the collaboration between relevant groups and stakeholders,
3. Gather business requirements, needs, ideas, initiatives from business teams and convert them into potential projects and to initiate a change,
4. Make the functional and technical impacts analysis,
5. Make the overall project delivery happening, manage planning, risk and cost,
6. Manage and collaborate with external suppliers,
7. Collaborate with support team to ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner,
8. Pro-actively recommend new opportunities for enhancing our software, hardware and IT processes,
9. Coordinate the decommissioning of legacy systems.
The profile:
· University degree in information technology or similar
· A proven track record on various implementations (ERP F&O, SCM, manufacturing)
· Multinational experience
· Ability to communicate in spoken and written English is a must
· Experience with Microsoft D365 and overall the Microsoft landscape of solutions
