This new position will be responsible for planning and overseeing the MES implementation project to ensure it is completed in a timely fashion and within budget. Coordinating actions, gathering input from suppliers and internal teams, writing documents for records, planning project resources, monitoring progress, and keeping stakeholders informed along the way.
Key responsibilities :
- Coordinate a multidisciplinary project team to support the design, development, documentation, validation and implementation of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to determine appropriate solutions
- Gather User Requirements Specifications in relation to controlling and recording manufacturing activities
- Manage User Acceptance Tests
- Design, author, develop and configure Electronic Device History Record (eDHR) together with stakeholders
- Implement MES solution and integrate with ERP and control equipment
- Document and validate MES solution
- Train MES users
- Give MES technical support for production
- Ensure the project is running on time, to budget and delivers the expected outcomes and benefits
Profile we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Information Technology or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience in ERP/MES implementation and/or support
- Thorough understanding of manufacturing data in MES context
- Experience in medical device industry or other highly regulated industry is a plus
- Knowledge of ISO 13485 standard is a plus
- Fluent in French and English
- Excellent communication, technical writing, and project management skills
- Team-oriented with strong leadership skills
