The goal is to increase sales revenue through effective lead generation and sales strategies, analyse market trends, research and identify potential new customers who may benefit from this unique proprietary technology, explore potential new business opportunities and build a strong customer base.
This role requires the following skills and experience :
- Technical background with a degree in engineering or a related field, with previous working experience
- Proven track record of sales success, selling high-value machine tools or similar machinery
- Ability to expand sales on a global scale and to collaborate with subsidiary companies in different geographic regions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with key decision-makers
- Strong entrepreneurial mind-set and negotiation skills
- Self-starter and team leader
- Ability to source, assess and contact potential customers
- Ensure customer support upon commissioning of the machines, and follow-up on customer satisfaction
- Innovative vision to find new applications for this technology
- High level of integrity and initiative
- Fluent in English and French, proficiency in other languages (German) is a plus
- Willingness to travel
- Preference will be given to CH or EU/EAA citizens but exceptional candidates from 3rd states could be considered
- Remuneration will be comprised of a base salary as well as a performance-based bonus
