We are recruiting for our client an Accounts Receivable Accountant immediately available for an initial 6-month period.
The Accounts Receivable Accountant will come to help the finance team on accounts receivable subjects:
Check customer payments by recording cash
Participate in the collection process (send reminders by email, perform phone calls, collection agency.)
Prepare customer statements
Monitor the AR mailbox (respond to customers inquiries)
Assist with closing
6-month mission starting immediately
International private company located in Geneva
The Accounts Receivable Accountant we are looking for will come with the following background and experience :
At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
Bachelor degree in Accounting or equivalent
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
Ability to deal with confidential information
Strong IT skills
Written and spoken fluency in both French and English
Excellent communication skills
Independence coupled with a collaborative team spirit
