Pour notre consultation pré-anesthésique, nous recherchons un-e :
Activités principales :
- Gestion de l’accueil (réception, informations aux patients et à leur entourage)
- Planification et prise des rendez-vous patients
- Réalisation des procédures d’admission
- Facturation
- Gestion du courrier
- Gestion des stocks
- Expédition des dossiers vers les cabinets prescripteurs
- De manière ponctuelle (~ 10% de l'activité) : Prises de sang, ECG, Uricult
Profil idéal :
- Etre au bénéfice d’un CFC d’Assistant-e médical-e ou titre jugé équivalent
- Expérience confirmée en qualité d’assistant-e médical-e
- Maîtrise parfaite du français (orthographe irréprochable)
- Aisance avec les outils informatiques (Word, Outlook)
- Esprit d’équipe
- Sens de l’organisation
- Flexibilité et capacité d’adaptation
