Your role
As CRM Assistant in Private Banking Europe & Israel at Bank J. Safra Sarasin you are a solution oriented and proactive individual who will support the Client Relationship Managers in their day-to-day tasks in the areas of trading and administration, and provide high level service to the Bank's clients.
Your responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support to CRMs in administrative and commercial activities
- Account openings, closings and other documentations
- Daily management of cash and corporate actions
- Prepare and organize client meetings, events and business trips for CRMs
- Dealing with internal and external policies and compliance regulations including FATCA, anti-money laundering (AML), MiFID, etc.
- Other administrative tasks and ad-hoc requests
Your profile
- Completed apprenticeship and/or Bachelor degree in Finance / Economics
- 5 years of practical experience in the field of banking, industry specific knowledge is required
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, knowledge in Avaloq is an advantage
- Ability to weigh problems and set priorities as well as trong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work with various stakeholder and excellent interpersonal skills
- Capability to work independently
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in English and French
