Main role:

  • Support the Global Brand Manager in the execution of the communication and digital marketing plans including content creation and activation on all media (owned, paid, earned, offline).
  • Work closely with communication agencies, graphic designers as well as with internal teams.
  • Monitoring market trends and analysing the performance of our activities will be key to recommend optimisations and propose innovative applications.
  • Presence at the Laurastar HQ in Châtel-St-Denis, Switzerland required with 2 days remote work.

Key activities:

  •  Support in creating creative concepts for online and offline communications.
  • Create assets in several formats and languages for the various marketing, promotion, and product launch campaigns for online advertising, newsletter, social media and website.
  • Monitor various communication and digital marketing projects with our agencies, external partners, and internal teams.
  • Follow-up on paid media and influencer campaigns in direct or with agencies.
  • Manage the brand's owned social media pages (IG, FB, LinkedIn, YT, etc.) by creating content for posts, managing their publications and reporting.
  • Help in creating and maintaining collaborations with institutions, artists and brands for communication and marketing purposes.
  • Collect and analyse the performance of digital marketing activities and their KPIs and make proposals for optimisations.
  • Monitor markets in various fields such as fashion, health, home, lifestyle, and design and propose applications for the brand in communication or digital marketing.

Technical Competencies :

  • Graduate in the field of marketing, communication, or digital marketing.
  • Proven track record with a first experience in these fields (min. 2 years).
  • Knowledge of digital marketing is essential.
  • Strong affinity with premium/luxury brands, design, fashion and health.
  • Excellent English skills: strong proficiency in both verbal and written / Very good knowledge of French / German would be an asset.
  • Passionate about content creation: visual & verbal/written skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, the Adobe suite, and social listening tools such as Sprout would be an asset.
  • The professional use of AI to obtain quality content would also be an asset.
