Description du poste

As Digital Marketing Trainee, you will be part of the international digital marketing team at Tissot headquarters.

In this role, you will assist the marketing team in creating immersive brand content for the e-commerce platform and in local adaptations with our markets. You will also support the launch of newsletters and digital campaigns. 

Website Management

  • Assist in updating the brand website in terms of visuals, content and translations.
  • Support the creation and publication of website news with a focus on SEO to increase traffic, under the supervision of the marketing team.
  • Participate in creating dedicated assets for the website or campaign material.
  • Assist local markets with website administration.
  • Collect website needs from internal services and ensure timely delivery.
  • Help coordinate copywriting and translation agencies to ensure accurate website translations and contributions in 13 languages.


  • Assist in coordinating the launch of HQ newsletters with local market teams to ensure consistency and alignment.
  • Participate in testing and adapting content based on feedback received.
  • Handle specific requests from local markets for the creation of local campaign newsletters, under the supervision of the marketing team.

Digital Campaigns

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and analysis of digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Monitor and report on the performances of digital campaigns.
  • Participate in creating asset briefs for campaign launches.
  • Help coordinate translations with the translation agency to ensure local adaptations of campaign materials.
  • Collaborate with video agencies to adapt video content for digital needs

Effective organizational, planning, and time management skills

Compétences requises

Degree in digital, marketing or business

Experience working with large and multilingual websites is a plus

Knowledge of CMS, preferably on Magento/SFCC

Familiarity with Google Ads and Meta Ads

Basic understanding of SEO principles and best practices

Knowledge of Photoshop is a plus


Fluent in French and English
