Job Overview
You will be working in a SaaS start-up focused on providing positive mental health coaching and therapy solutions through an online platform, active on B2C and B2B channels, by leveraging certified coaches and therapists, as well as eastern traditional practices, such as yoga.
We are looking for a Chief Technology Officer to lead the architecture, development and hiring of engineers to support the platform. The role is highly involved and will require building up a platform from scratch. This entails working on the design, architecture, development and deployment of the platform. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with building a platform or a minimum viable product based on a company vision.
Responsibilities and Duties:
● Work with the board to solidify the vision and determine the requirements for the platform to meet the business needs.
● Create a Minimum Viable Product which can be used to market our vision to investors and early customers
● Design the platform User Interface and Experience
● Create a software architecture for the platform, that is scalable and cost-efficient
● Develop the platform using the full-stack (front-end and back-end)
● The Platform needs to be raised through the back-end operations in India. Communication language-Tamil Hindi and English
● Deploy the platform on a cloud environment such as Amazon Web Services
● Work with the board to hire engineers
● Manage and develop with India’s contractors to support the platform
Qualifications:
● Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering
● Master of Science in Computer Science
● Master of Science in Cloud Computing

● Former experience in leading the development of a minimum viable product
● A project management qualification (PMI, PMP) or equivalent
● Proven ability to identify project risks and opportunities
● Collaborate with external entities (sub-contractors, partners) with travels in India and outside Europe from times to times
● Having personal experiences and practices of yoga being a strong plus
● Fluent in technical English, Hindi (oral and written), Tamil, basis in French being a plus
