Position Summary

As a Global Search Lead, you will be responsible for to developing and leading global search strategy across traditional, retail, and platform search, including organic and paid search.

A Day in the Life of a Global Search Lead

  • Define, lead and drive implementation of global Nestlé holistic search strategy covering traditional SEO, traditional Paid Search, Retail Organic Search, Platform Organic Search and Platform Paid Search
  • Partner with Strategic Business Units, Zones, and key markets to develop and implement category/brand-specific search strategies
  • Manage the global agency Search teams to effectively govern search strategy and implementation locally and above-market
  • Drive collaboration with global search partners, especially Google, to meet search commitments
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Technology team to adopt innovative search technologies
  • Partner with Integrated Business Services (Nestlé's center of scale for digital Marketing) on the development, processes and adoption of Search service
  • Build and nurture Nestlé's global search capabilities

What will make you successful

  • 8-10 years' experience focusing on search (SEO or Paid Search)
  • Retail Search experience is a plus
  • â Experience managing Search partners and performance Media agencies
  • â Cross functional management experience
  • â Leading successful and complex international search programmes
  • Implementing successful SEO or Paid Search strategy
  • â Good knowledge of marketing and eCommerce, expert in digital marketing
  • Fluent in English
