Governance administrator

As an Administrative Manager, you will play a key role in efficiently managing the company's administrative operations. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Supervising and coordinating daily administrative tasks.
  • Drafting complex meeting minutes during important gatherings.
  • Planning meetings, including managing logistics and preparing necessary documents.
  • Producing clear and concise summary notes.
  • Handling internal and external communication, including letters, phone calls, and emails.
  • Organizing and scheduling internal meetings, ensuring the preparation of necessary documents.
  • Managing the schedules of executive team members.
  • Monitoring and updating administrative records, including personnel documentation.
  • Coordinating activities related to facility management.


  • University degree in business administration, executive secretarial studies, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in an administrative role, preferably with supervisory responsibilities.
  • Excellent skills in minute-taking and summarizing complex information.
  • Experience in an international environment.
  • Proficiency in English (C2).
  • Knowledge of French, Arabic, or Russian is an asset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in computer tools and office software.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong sense of confidentiality and discretion.
