Governance administrator
As an Administrative Manager, you will play a key role in efficiently managing the company's administrative operations. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Supervising and coordinating daily administrative tasks.
- Drafting complex meeting minutes during important gatherings.
- Planning meetings, including managing logistics and preparing necessary documents.
- Producing clear and concise summary notes.
- Handling internal and external communication, including letters, phone calls, and emails.
- Organizing and scheduling internal meetings, ensuring the preparation of necessary documents.
- Managing the schedules of executive team members.
- Monitoring and updating administrative records, including personnel documentation.
- Coordinating activities related to facility management.
Qualifications:
- University degree in business administration, executive secretarial studies, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of proven experience in an administrative role, preferably with supervisory responsibilities.
- Excellent skills in minute-taking and summarizing complex information.
- Experience in an international environment.
- Proficiency in English (C2).
- Knowledge of French, Arabic, or Russian is an asset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer tools and office software.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong sense of confidentiality and discretion.
