Client:

Swiss industrial PME with +1000 employees worldwide. Global HQ is in Geneva

Position:

A newly created function whose purpose will be to oversee and support all aspects of the HR function within the company (Talent Acquisition, Employee engagement, talent development, payroll and C&B legal and compliance). The function is expected to harmonise company policies and processes and ensure their correct deployment throughout the organisation, including in some areas the creation or updating of policies. It will also actively participate to projects such as the selection and implementation of an HRIS. Reporting directly to the CEO and part of the leadership team, the job holder will have one direct report and functional or dotted line reporting from the HR functions globally (11-15).

Profile:

  • University level + relevant HR qualification
  • 10-15 years experience in Human Resources in a generalist function and displaying increasing responsibilities
  • Previous experience in manufacturing
  • International background with a desire to work within an industrial PME
  • Good knowledge or understanding of employment laws in different countries
  • Fluent English + French or German or ideally both
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to influence and inspire
  • Strategic agility with a hands-on operational attitude
  • Geneva
