Job Description

  • Together with a dedicated marketing team, you develop freud to the leading brand in the industry with strong digital infrastructure & online presence
  • You lead the international freud sales team to sustainable success by implementing a worldwide freud strategy and driving sales excellence
  • You extend and foster local freud field sales forces in top country markets and through regional headquarters
  • You explore user needs through a strong cooperation with agile teams to design, implement and launch new product and service solutions with smart commercialization concepts

 

Qualifications

  • University degree in Business Administration or similar qualifications
  • Proven track record in Sales Management with >10 years of experience
  • Ability to design successful sales & marketing concepts
  • Proven track record leading an international and cross-functional team
  • Independent, self-motivated, assertive and empathic personality with a high entrepreneurial mindset
  • Excellent communicator and team player with very good presentation and cooperation skills
  • Fluent in English and German
