Ingénieur Produit – Manager team
Main responsabilities
- Provide strong leadership to the team by setting clear expectations, providing guidance, and fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Monitor individual and team performance, set performance goals, and provide regular feedback to team members. Identify areas of improvement and provide coaching and support as needed
- Facilitate effective communication within the team and across other departments. Encourage open and transparent communication channels
- Drive actively the worldwide external/internal Services Centers to ensure that group requirements and specifications for product care are met. Establish strong working relationships with external partners and monitor their performance to ensure quality service delivery
- Developing and streamlining the global spare parts ordering process to ensure timely entry and shipment of orders
- Conducting regular analysis of spare parts inventory and optimizing stock parameters to ensure availability while minimizing obsolete items
- Ensuring clear and comprehensive communication and understanding of technical information and important product details. This involves proactively disseminating relevant information and organizing training sessions
- Periodically analyze product care flows on a global scale to identify areas of improvement. Optimize efficiency in terms of timing and cost by implementing process enhancements and best practices. Communicate findings and recommendations to process owners and stakeholders
- Work closely with partner teams, such as R&D, operations, and quality to define deliverables, roadmaps, and documentation for product care projects and programs
- Perform analysis and implement enhancements to processes and workflows associated with product care activities
- Lead the development and improvement of communication and technical tools for product care, driven by feedback and customer requirements
- The manager may be assigned additional projects or objectives that extend beyond their primary scope of responsibilities.
Requested profile
- Engineer/Master’s degree with 5 to 10 years’ experience in an industrial environment
- Strong Leadership abilities and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge in watch manufacturing processes is a plus
- Highly organized with a strong sense of ownership and attention to details
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a challenging environment
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability for project success and result oriented
- You enjoy working with many interfaces, communicating, and finding creative solutions to various challenges in interdisciplinary teams both internally and externally
- You have an analytical, solution-oriented mindset
- Advanced knowledge in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Fluent in French and English, Italian is a plus
