Position Summary:

We are currently hiring a Junior Administrative and Communication Assistant with expertise in website management and audio/video production to support our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. This role requires multitasking abilities, prioritization of assignments, and collaborative work with various team members. Additionally, the candidate should have technical proficiency in designing and managing websites as well as producing high-quality promotional material and audio/video content.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Communication

  • Assist the Communication officer with regular publications: press reviews, Highlights, different alerts, monthly newsletters, etc.
  • Maintain and enhance SUISSENÉGOCE’s presence on social networks
  • Record, edit, and produce high-quality audio and video content for various purposes, such as presentations, testimonials, events and promotional materials
  • Regularly update website content to ensure accuracy and relevance
  • Conceptualize and create visually appealing materials including infographics, and marketing collateral
  • Maintain databases and contact lists for stakeholders, clients, and partners

Administration

  • Provide clerical support to SUISSENÉGOCE team
  • Answer professionally the phone and welcome visitors
  • Ensure the proper supply of small office equipment
  • Liaise with SUISSENÉGOCE suppliers

Organisation and events

  • Elaborate relevant support material (invitations, menus, list of presence, etc.)
  • Coordinate with hotels, catering and other suppliers for events

Education and Training

  • Efficiently follow-up student's applications
  • Answer student's enquiries

 

Requirements:

  • Swiss CFC in a relevant field (communication, digital marketing, administration)
  • No prior experience required
  • German mother tongue or equivalent
  • Perfect writing skills in English and French are essential.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proficiency in website management platforms such as WordPress or Webflow
  • Experience with audio/video/picture editing software
  • Ability to utilize graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva to design and edit graphics, images, and layouts.
