Scintilla AG is responsible for the global development, manufacturing, marketing and coordination of distribution of accessories for power tools for the trades, for industrial applications and for DIY.

 

Job Description

  • Responsible for monitoring and reporting of all manufacturing governance topics for the Power Tools Accessories business unit
  • Perform regular alignment with plant managers and controlling departments worldwide to update capital expenditure budgets, production capacity levels, production surface and personal resources plans
  • Aggregate results at Business Unit level, analyze and report reasons for change
  • Check investment requests for machines and infrastructure for all plants and ensure standards are held, requests improvements and coach plants continuously to improve quality and speed of approvals.
  • Develop reporting and analysis tools for greater transparency and efficiency for all governance topics
  • Support updates and roll-out of governance procedures including communication and training at plant level

 

Qualifications

  • University degree in manufacturing, controlling, business administration or similar qualifications
  • Several years experience in production plant controlling or business development including investment budget and capacity reporting for higher management
  • Analytical and thorough
  • Very proficient in SAP, MS Excel (incl. VBA macros), PowerBi, PowerPoint, Database development
  • At ease within a complex and international environment, ideally with work experience in foreign countries
  • Excellent communication skills with all levels of hierarchy
  • Fluent in English. Other languages would be an advantage
  • Assertive and resilient with proven coaching and moderation skills
