Marketing Lead
Position description and objectives
We are looking for a Marketing Lead responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and customer acquisition. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of B2B digital marketing, market research, and team leadership. We are particularly interested in candidates with interest or experience in the drones, logistics, or healthcare industries.

Responsibilities and duties
In this role you will have the following responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies aligned with RigiTech’s business objectives.
- Identify target markets and key segments, and create tailored marketing campaigns.
Brand Management:
- Define product branding to support product launches and market expansion.
- Ensure consistency in brand communication across all channels and marketing materials.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Content Development:
- Define and develop high-quality, engaging content for various marketing channels.
- Work with the Sales team to create online/offline promotional materials and presentations.
- Act as the primary liaison with external agencies and contractors, write briefs, and provide feedback and oversee outsourced projects to completion.
- Plan and maintain a content calendar for blog posts, company news, and press releases.
Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
- Monitor spending and ROI to maximise the impact of marketing activities.
Press Releases and Media Relations:
- Develop, write, and distribute press releases to promote significant company announcements and product launches.
- Coordinate media interviews and press conferences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key media contacts.
Event Planning and Management:
- Plan and execute marketing events, including trade shows, webinars, and product launches.
- Manage event logistics and coordinate with vendors and partners.
Performance Measurement and Reporting:
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing activities.
- Create monthly and quarterly reports on marketing performance, including marketing KPIs and team performance.
Required qualifications and skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent command of oral and written English.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B marketing, previous experience in logistics or life sciences industry is a plus.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools (G Suite, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Cloud Suite and WordPress).
Soft skills:
- Genuine interest in drones.
- Proactive, keen on looking for new ideas and available tools to contribute to the team efforts.
- Creative with a good sense of visual communication.
- Very strong communicator, both in written and oral.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong project leadership skills.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, ability to manage deadlines and deliver results with limited supervision.
