The impact you will have  

As part of our dynamic growth, the global Sales Administration team is looking for a new member to be part of our Order Management squad based in Geneva, Switzerland. It is important that the Sales Administration team scale to support the teams and customers in this area. The team will work closely together to deliver top-class service both externally and internally.

In this role, you can expect to

    • Process all incoming orders, including online purchases, for new business, upgrades, and renewals.
    • Conduct thorough order reviews, ensure SLAs are met, and maintain quality standards.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to confirm order specifications and address any discrepancies or specific requests.
    • Manage all administrative tasks from customers related to invoicing and payments, coordinating with Finance and Legal teams as needed.
    • Handle all invoice disputes, liaising with Leadership and Finance, and communicating accordingly with the customers. 
    • Support the Finance team with payment collections when administrative assistance is required.
    • Deliver timely responses to internal and external customers within the established SLAs.
    • Contribute to maintaining Salesforce data integrity.
    • Bring new ideas to processes, while embracing new technologies and adapting to changes.

The skills you will demonstrate

    • 3+ years of experience in a similar role within an international environment
    • Proven experience within the IT industry 
    • An eye for detail and numbers
    • Valuing high-quality work
    • Problem-solving mindset
    • Strong ability to work effectively as part of a team
    • Strong prioritization and organization skills 
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Fluent English
    • A degree in Business or a related field
    • Knowledge of Salesforce.com or a similar CRM
