Procurement Officer / Local Purchaser
18 months – 100%
– Placing of order based on production needs to preferred suppliers (production and non-productions items)
– Ensure order confirmations in place and expedite orders for on time delivery
– Obtaining initial quotations for specific advised items
– Supplier management and follow up
– Supplier contract negociation
– Suppliers claims settlement
– Monitoring of Kpis
– General purchasing administration
Votre Profil
– Purchasing background
– Minimum 5 years of experience of work in an engineering / manufacturing compagny would be an advantage
– Technical background for mechanical parts would be an advantage
– Good Knowledge of an ERP system, preferably Oracle
– Microsoft Office, advantage knowledge of excel
– Sense of urgency as a number of demands requires rapid reactive effort
– Customer oriented, focused on results in terms of qualité
– Good Negociation skills
