Regional Sales Representative

What are we looking for? A dynamic Regional Sales Representative mainly focused on the development and management of the relationships with channel partners to drive sales and revenue growth for our Inspection lighting market. You will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new partners, providing support and training, and managing their performance. You will analyse and develop new business opportunities through your sales and partners actions plan to achieve ambitious objectives. You will perform to them product demos and trainings, and give support to close the deals. You maintain a strong and successful relationships with clients and partners in order to understand and anticipate their future needs and requirements. You will collaborate with the team to evaluate current sales performance and maximize business reach and potential.
How to be successful in this position? As a member of our Sales team, you will be responsible for growing and managing our partner network. You provide support and training to partners to ensure mutual successes. You manage their performance and develop strategies to improve their sales and revenue, aligning sales and channel efforts. You monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date on competitors and market conditions. You develop and implement channel partner programs, such as training, marketing, and incentives. You measure and report on their performance, using metrics such as sales and revenue. You identify and resolve conflicts and challenges within the channel. You provide support and guidance to partners on product and solution offerings, and you attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote the company. You are willing to travel.
What do you need to be instrumental in this role? You have 3-5 years of experience in building and managing a distribution network for technical products. A successful business development experience with a demonstrated track record in hardware technology B2B sales. You are proficient with customer relationship management (CRM) software. You have strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting technical products to partners and stakeholders. You master sales techniques and strategies and you have the ability to build and maintain strong relationships. You have an entrepreneur mindset with a good ability to organise and coordinate sales initiatives in a fast pace environment. You have a very good command of English and French written and spoken, at a negotiating level. Spanish or any other language is an asset. An experience working in a start-up is a real plus.
