What you will do:

  • Develop and implement license and contract management policies and procedures: Creating a framework for managing software licenses and contracts, including guidelines for procurement, usage, renewal. and termination.
  • Ensure compliance with software licensing agreements and contract terms: Monitoring software usage to ensure that it is within the terms of the licensing agreement or contract, and taking corrective action if necessary.
  • Actively manage software asset inventory, track usage, and optimize license costs.
  • Negotiate software license agreements and contracts: Working with vendors to negotiate favorable terms for software licensing agreements and contracts, including pricing, usage rights and support.
  • Manage vendor relationships: Building and maintaining positive relationships with software vendors, addressing challenges, and resolving them in a timely and effective manner.

What you bring:

  • Multiple years of experience working with software licensing models and agreements as well familiarity with software asset management tools and technologies.
  • Profound understanding of contract law and legal terminology as well as knowledge of software audit & procurement processes and procedures.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills in English to effectively manage vendor relationships as well as internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities alongside ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strategic mindset and ability to think outside the box about how to support business goals and objectives.
