Responsibilities to include, but not limited to: Assess and enhance the control structure, identifying key controls Develop and implement a Test of Control (ToC) framework Execute ToCs and ensure continuous improvement Provide reports and strategic recommendations to senior management Your Profile: Degree in Finance or Economics 5 years' experience in Audit, Operational Risk, or Control functions Strong expertise in Test of Controls Excellent analytical, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills A hands-on, dynamic, roll-up-sleeves sort of person used to working within a dynamic, busy environment of medium-size Ability to work independently and drive impactful change Fluent in English; German is a plus but not a must Available to work full-time (no home office) Eligible or already in possession of a Swiss passport or Swiss work permit and happy to be based in the Geneva region Why apply?
