Senior Private Banking Assistant

A prestigious boutique financial institution with a well-established Geneva office. Position:
On behalf of this category 5 bank, we are looking for an experienced, senior private banking assistant to support a busy General Manager and work closely with the rest of the team (one relationship manager, one other assistant). This role offers responsibility, visibility, and the opportunity to evolve into a junior relationship manager. Serving private wealth management high net worth clients in primarily advisory mandates, as well as discretionary + execution-only. A broad role for a person strong on front office assistant/e de gestion administration, client service, order inputting, account-opening etc.
Responsibilities:
– Provide comprehensive support to relationship managers
– Process orders, trades, and client transactions efficiently
– Liaise with global headquarters and local middle/back office teams
– Prepare for business trips and client meetings
– Ensure smooth client portfolio management and compliance with regulations
– Maintain high-quality documentation and client interactions
Profile:
– 5++ years of experience as a private banking assistant or junior banker in Switzerland
– Strong product and investment knowledge
– Fluent in English and French
– Familiar with FINMA regulations
– Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented
– Comfortable in a fast-paced, small team environment
– Swiss/EU/EFTA nationals or valid Swiss work permit holders (frontalier accepted)
– Permanent contract with office hours 09:00-18:30
