To support our customers in their usage, our After-Sales team is looking for a:
Software Engineer (Customer Support)
As an After-Sales Automation Technician or After-Sales Engineer at Ecorobotix, you will be a strategic communication point between our clients and our R&D teams. Our clients will need all your attention, and we’ll rely on you to give us some field feedback. If you're a master at log analysis and troubleshooting then this position is for you.
Your key missions :
- Deliver a world-class after-sales Level 3 support experience to our customers
- Develop and manage long-lasting relationships with distributors and customers
- Ensure diagnosis and technical support over diverse areas of expertise: control software, hardware, and field applications
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure continuous improvement of our products, services, and workflows
- Assist in putting together support and troubleshooting technical documentation for both internal and external use
- Perform occasional customer on-site repairs
Your experience and qualifications :
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in software development and logfiles analysis
- C1 level in German, B2 in English, French is a plus
- Certified automation technician or engineer, or equivalent
- Any knowledge of agricultural equipment and practices is a plus

- You have excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- A high degree of independence, reliability, and spirit of initiative
- You are a dedicated person with systematic, goal-oriented working methods
- Handling multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines doesn’t scare you
- You’re curious and love to tinker with all things electronics and/or mechanics
- You are aware of environmental issues
